7-day no-reason returns

Customers may request a no-reason return within 7 days when the product has not been installed or damaged.

30-day unopened returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Installed products are not returnable because mounting changes the condition of the item.

Damage claims

For transit damage, customers should send photos. Confirmed damage can be resolved with replacement or refund without requiring the damaged unit to be shipped back.
